1. have a 2.0.8b shop ready
2. perform a KU to 4.5.1.0
3. go to gambio store > modules, download eu tax rates
4. after downloading it via the store go to Modules > Modules-Center and install eu tax rates
5. an error occurs:
   Query error: Duplicate entry 'NIR' for key 'countries_iso_code_3' - Invalid query: INSERT INTO countries (countries_name, countries_iso_code_2, countries_iso_code_3, address_format_id, status, is_state_mandatory) VALUES ('Northern Ireland', 'IX', 'NIR', 1, 1, 0) Unexpected error occurred... SQL Error! Query error: Duplicate entry 'NIR' for key 'countries_iso_code_3' - Invalid query: INSERT INTO countries (countries_name, countries_iso_code_2, countries_iso_code_3, address_format_id, status, is_state_mandatory) VALUES ('Northern Ireland', 'IX', 'NIR', 1, 1, 0) Query: CIDB Library Error
   
6. after refreshing the page the error is gone, edit the module and assign the eu tax rates to the standard tax rates
7. check display of taxes in frontend
