The surcharge of an option value isn't applied when you add that option (with option value) to a product.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a weight or model number to an existing option value.
2. Assign this option value to a product.

Expected result:
The weight and model number from the option value will also be the default values of the created product option.

Actual result:
The weight and model number are not set to the product option.

NOTE: We already had this problem with the surcharge. The solution there can probably be adopted here.
