GX-Entwicklung

1. go to Modules > Modules-Center
2. install Cookie Consent Panel
3. go to frontend, open cookie settings
4. accept all cookies, hit save
5. open cookie settings again in the frontend

expected result:

• the switcher are in the same position where you saved them --> cookies are save

• this occurs in the 3.14.4.0 final, but not in the 3.15.4.0 final

actual result:

• the switcher are back to default, nothing is saved
