This should be discussed with Wilken as this is a legal issue! Please use a regular customer's account for testing, not the admin account. 1) Make sure to have an existing order including invoices and delivery notes 2) Go to "Customers" 3) Select "Delete personal data" in dropdown (See screenshots) Expected result: Only non GoBD related documents shoud be deletable. Actual result: Orders, Invoices, delivery notes and aggreements can be deleted which is not correct according to GoBD as these must be kept for at least ten years. Bitte zum Testen ein normales Kundenkonto verwenden, nicht den Adminaccount 1) Es muss mindestens eine Bestellung, wenn möglich mit Rechnungen un Lieferscheinen vorhanden sein 2) Gehe zu "Kunden" 3) Wähle "Personenbezogene Daten löschen" im Dropdown (siehe Screenshots) Erwartetes Ergebnis: Nur Dokumente die nicht unter die GoBD fallen, sollten löschbar sein. Tatsächliches Ergebnis: Bestellungen, Rechnungen, Lieferscheine, Einwilligen können gelöscht werden. Das ist im Rahmen der GoBD nicht erlaubt. Go to Admin > Customers 1. Click on the three dots of a **non admin user** > Delete Personal Data 1. Click on the "Delete customer account?" button, in order to switch to the Delete Customer Account modal Expected: A warning text about the retention period of some data must be displayed on both modals. Actual: No text is displayed.
