Cookie Consent Modul prüft nicht ob Einträge schon vorhanden sind in der Datenbank, sodass beim Installieren ein Fehler auftritt, wenn doch Daten schon vorhanden sind

Kann wie folgt reproduziert werden:

1. Shop installieren
2. SQL aus dem Anhang imporiteren
3. Als Admin einloggen
4. unter Module->Modul-Center das Cookie Consent Modul installieren

Erwartetes Ergebnis:
Das Cookie Consent Modul sollte bei der Installation überprüfen ob die Einträge schon vorhanden sind und sich damit problemlos installieren lassen.

Tatsächliches Ergebnis:
Das Modul lässt sich nicht installieren, wenn bereits Einträge in der Datenbank vorhanden sind und beim Installieren erneut angelegt werden sollen

Cookie Consent Module does not check if entries already exist in the database, so that an error occurs during installation if data already exists.

Can be reproduced as follows:

1. install the Shop
2. import SQL from the attachment
3. log in as admin
4. under Modules->Module Center install the Cookie Consent module

Expected result:
The Cookie Consent Module should check during installation if the entries are already present and thus install without problems.

Actual result:
The module cannot be installed if entries already exist in the database and are to be created again during installation.
