Wenn das GKV Modul installiert ist, wird beim Update auf 4.3 und 4.6 nur geprüft ob die Tabelle existiert und nicht ob das Modul installiert ist und die Tabelle noch nicht vorhanden ist

Es wird die Tabelle gkv_shipments nicht erstellt, wenn man ein Update auf 4.6 durchführt, obwohl die Tabelle benötigt wird um DHL Labels zu erstellen

If the GKV module is installed, when updating to 4.3 and 4.6 it is only checked if the table exists and not if the module is installed and the table does not exist yet.

The table gkv_shipments is not created when updating to 4.6, although the table is needed to create DHL labels.
