Beschreibung

  1. Installiere eine 4.6.0.3
  2. Installiere eine Versandart
  3. Installiere Nachnahme unter "Sonstige"
  4. Versuche einen Artikel zu bestellen (kein Downloadartikel)

Erwartetes Ergebnis: Nachnahme kann gewählt werden, da keine Obergrenze eingetragen wurde
Tatsächliches Ergebnis: Als Obergrenze gilt 0€, somit steht Nachnahme nicht zu Auswahl.

Gibt es keine Eingabe, sollte eigentlich von keiner Obergrenze ausgegangen werden

  1. Install a 4.6.0.3
  2. Install a shipping method
  3. Install cod (miscellaneous)
  4. Try to order a product (no download product)

Expected result: You should be able to use cod as a payment method
Actual result: Cod wont be shown as the maximum price will be set to 0€, even though nothing has been entered

If there is no change to the maximum price after installing the module, it should act like there is no maximum price at all
