GX-Entwicklung

The "Delete Personal Data" button in the Customers pages does not work unless one or more options are selected.

The button is presented in:

• Admin > Customers > Customer Overview
• Admin > Customers > Customers > Customer Profile

Prerequisites:¶

Shop with customers other than the admin to be able to test the deletion action.

Steps:¶

Customer Overview

1. In the admin dashboard select from the main side menu Customers > Customers
2. Hover over any customer (other than the admin) in the list and click on the three-dotted icon for more actions
3. Click on Delete personal data
4. Select no options from the checklist
5. Click on the Delete button

Customer Profile

1. In the admin dashboard select from the main side menu Customers > Customers
2. Hover over any customer (other than the admin) in the list and click on the eye icon to view the customer profile
3. Click on the three-dotted icon for more actions, it will be located beside the customer name on the left
4. Click on Delete personal data
5. Select no options from the checklist
6. Click on the Delete button

Expected:¶

Delete action is executed and a success message appears.

Actual:¶

The delete modal disappears and no action is executed.
