Negativ weight and price aren't interpreted as filled input when editing option values, product option values, or download option values.

Steps to reproduce:

• Take one of the mentioned areas (option values, product option values, or download option values)
• Create a new option value with a negative weight and price
• Try to edit the new option value

Expectation:

• You are able to directly hit the store button

Reality:

• You aren't able to store the option value unchanged without reentering the negative price and weight
