GX-Entwicklung

The admin API endpoint for the creation of new option values sets the sorting order to -1 which is not allowed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new option and option value (maybe it's not necessary to create a new option...)

Result: You should be informed that there was an error (admin infobox) and when reloading the page you can see, that the request for fetching the options and option values fails in general.
