1. If the store address belongs to the Canary Islands, the store has to show no taxes, if you are not logged in.
2. If you are logged in, the default address has to be considered.
3. If the checkout is started, the shipping address has to be considered, as long the cart does not contain only virtual products (downloads).
4. For download products the billing address defines the taxes.
5. If selfpickup is selected, the store address has to be considered.
