Die neuen Steuersätze und Steuerklasse für die EU-Ländern sollten direkt bei einer firschen Installation oder Update angelegt werden

Die Steuersätze und Steuerklasse werden nur über das EU Steuersätze Modul angelgt, was bei einer frischen Installation oder Update dem Kudnen nirgends angezeigt wird, dass es für diese noch ein extra Modul installiert werden muss.

Erwartetes Verhalten:
Es sollten die EU-Steuersätze automatisch bei einer Installation angelegt oder Update angelegt werden, damit diese sofort zur Verfügung stehen.

Tatsächliches Verhalten:
Die neuen EU-Steuersätze werden nicht sofort im Shop zur Verfügung gestellt, man muss das Modul erst aus dem Gambio Store laden, aber das wird dem Kunden nirgens angezeigt, dass er das muss.
