The withdrawal.php is indented, if any other site with menu boxes has menu boxes activated on them.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as admin in backend
2. Content -> Edit Theme -> Activate Expertmode -> Areas -> Menu Boxes -> Activate Menu Boxes On -> Activate menu box switcher for anything
3. Save
4. Visit {Shop-URL}/withdrawal.php

Expected result:
There should be no indentation

Actual result:
The withdrawals.php is indented to accommodate the menu boxes.
