The option image isn't saved correctly when you select it through the responsive filemanager from a subdirectory.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new option value for an option.
2. Open the responsive filemanager through adding an image and create a new directory.
3. Upload an image to the subdirectory you just created.
4. Select and add that image through the responsive filemanager to the option value.

Expected result:
The selected image shows up next to the file name.

Actual result:
The image isn't showing up because the path to the image gets removed and just the image name is left behind.
Therefore it can't display the image since it's looking for it in the option_images/ directory.

Additional info:
If you save the option value, only the image name is saved into the database @ products_options_values -> display_image.
