Restoring a database backup of a different shop version is not possible because requests are forwarded to the updater during the restore process as soon as the database contains a different shop version. The database backup page should be excluded from the forced redirection to the updater.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Gambio Admin > Toolbox > Database Manager: Create a backup in an older shop version
2. Copy the backup file to your testshop (admin/backups)
3. Gambio Admin > Toolbox > Database Manager: Restore the backup

Expected:
The restore is successful and you can update the database afterwards via the updater.

Actual:
The restore crashes during the process so the database is in an invalid state.
