It is possible to add a product with attributes from the product listing to the cart eventhough it is not in stock. This should not be possible, if the checkout is not allowed and the stock check before cart option is enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Modules > Module Center > install the Product Options (Artikelattribute) module
2. create an attribute option Color with the values red and blue
3. create or update a category with the option enabled to show attributes
4. create a product with a stock of 0 in this category
5. assign the attribute option values to this product having also a stock of 0
6. ensure that the stock settings don't allow to buy products being out of stock and activate the stock check before cart
7. open the category in the shop, switch to the list view and try to add the product to the cart

Expected result:
A warning appears that the product is out of stock (like it is the case for products without attributes, similar to the behaviour on the product detail page)

Actual result:
The product is added to the cart
