Preconditions:

• go to Shop Settings > Stock options and configure the settings as follows

• deactivate attributes = FALSE

• show stock attributes = FALSE

• deactivate products = FALSE

• check stock level = TRUE

• check attribute stock level = TRUE

• check download stock level = FALSE

• substract stock = TRUE

• allow checkout = TRUE

• mark product out of stock = ***

• stock re-order level = 5

• check stock before shopping cart = TRUE

• assign your testing product 2 properties and combine them, or use the already existing ones

• at least 1 property combination must have zero stock

Run 1, with javascript enabled

1. as guest user, open the product in the frontend, choose the property combination with zero stock --> a warning about insufficient stock is displayed
2. go to basket
3. open the product again by clicking on it in your basket

result:

• the product opens, it is configured as before (combination with zero stock is chosen), the stock warning is displayed --> OK

Run 2, with javascript disabled

1. go back to your basket
2. open another tab, disable javascript in this tab
3. go back to your basket tab, click on the product

expected:

• the product opens, it is configured as before (combination with zero stock is chosen), the stock warning is displayed

actual:

• the product opens, it is configured as before (combination with zero stock is chosen), the stock warning is NOT displayed
