Neuinstallationen berücksichtigen den verringerten Mehrwertsteuersatz

Beschreibung

Change the src/system/overloads/PostInstallationShopExtenderComponent/TaxZoneSetup.inc.php:63ff, so after the 01.07.2020 the tax rates are 16% and 5% for Germany and after the 01.01.2021 the tax rates are 19% and 7% for Germany again.
