go to Layout / Design > Template settings > open SE 4
go to Areas > Header > Variants, choose header 2
go to Areas > Header > Header 2 > Small Shopping Cart

results:

change the height to greater than its default value (>70px) --> the row expands
change the height to smaller than its default value --> nothing happens
change the sticky height --> nothing happens

questions:

what is supposed to happen
maybe add hints for a valid range of input
if nothing is supposed to happen (sticky), consider removing this function
