Im Shop muss unter Kunden -> E-Mails -> E-Mail-Signatur eine Signatur hinterlegt sein.
Am besten mit Zeilenumbrüchen.
Nun über Kunden -> Kunden einem Kunden eine E-Mail schicken.
Die Signatur erscheint in der E-Mail unformatiert in einer Zeile.

Preconditions:
* at least the admin should dhave a valid email adress that you have access to (no admin@shop.de)
1. go to Customers > Email > Email options >>> Email Signature in order mail, provide a signature with line breaks, save
2. go to Customers > Email, click on the dropdown menu of an arbitrary customer, choose Email
3. on the Send Email To Customers page select a customer again and send the email
4. go to your email account and check the email there
result:
* the email has no line breaks
