1. go to Layout / Design > Template Settings >> Category Menu
2. set *Show horizontal category navigation in the header* to FALSE
3. open the front end --> no navigation in the header is visible
4. switch to mobile view via development console, open the navigation (burger menu)
expected result:
* the navigation menu is still there
actual result:
* the navigation menu is empty
