Ist für Versandkostenfrei ein Wert z.B. 100 EUR hinterlegt, wird die Versandart im Warenkorb bei ablegen eines Artikels über 100 EUR vorausgewählt.
Wird jedoch ein Artikel unter 100 EUR in den Warenkorb gelegt und im Warenkorb die Menge so erhöht, dass die Versandkostenfreigrenze erreicht wird, findet keine Vorauswahl der Versandart Versandkonstenfrei statt.
Hier sollte es, wie auch beim entfernen von Artikel im Warenkorb, geprüft werden, ob die Grenze beim hinzufügen von Artikel erreicht wird und die Versandart Versandkostenfrei vorausgewählt wird.

1. go to Modules > Shipping Modules
2. configure Free Shipping (freeamount) --> Minimum Amount: 50; Tax Class: None
3. go to the frontend, fill the basket with items value below 50
4. go to the basket, increase the amount of an item so that the value increase above 50
expected result:
* the shippinh method shoud switch to *free shipping*
* the shipping method doesn't switch
* additional info: when you switch the shipping method by hand to free shipping (or start the basket with a sufficient value), and then decrease the baskets value below the minimum value, the shipping method gets switched automatically
