When using the Header 2 variant (Malibu theme) the secondary navigation option is not working.
1. Edit Malibu Theme in SE4.
2. Go to Header > Variants > Header 2 (select/activate).
3. Go to Header > Header 2 > General > Uncheck **Hide secondary navigation**.
4. Go to Header > Header 2 > Small shopping cart > check **Hide shopping cart**
Result: the icons (Malibu's shopping cart), which are inside the secondary navigation, are not being shown.
_Expected:_ the icons (Malibu's shopping cart) should be visible
