* activate Malibu
1. go to Modules > Modules-Center
2. Activate Cookie Consent (with ReCaptcha and Google Analytics)
3. inspect your footer in the frontend
result:
* the Cookie Consent Banner gets displayed initially, the menu item in the footer is missing whatsoever
