Wenn z.B. ein Schweizer Kunde in einem deutschen Shop einkauft und Selbstabholung wählt, ist der Erfüllungsort der Ort des Händlers und nicht die Schweizer Lieferadresse, womit der Shop jetzt rechnet. Beim jetzigen Modell wird die Mehrwertsteuer dann falsch berechnet, netto Ausgabe statt korrekt brutto, und so eine fehlerhafte Summe erzeugt.

If a Swiss customer makes a purchase in a German shop and chooses to collect the goods himself, the place of delivery is the dealer's location and not the Swiss delivery address, which the shop now expects. With the current model, the VAT is then calculated incorrectly, net output instead of correct gross, and thus an incorrect sum is generated.
