1. access your shop-files via FTP
2. add a comma to any file-name (e.g. fax.html --> f,ax.html)
3. go to toolbox > backup files --> backup
* result: an error gets thrown:
```File '/var/www/vhosts/hubtest.lena.hostkraft.de/httpdocs/3.13.3.0/f' does not exist [code -4]```
Don't forget to rename your altered file correctly!
