The module is outdated (not PHP8 compatible) and the service does not seem to work anymore.
It should be removed from the fullversion and also through the updater.

How to test:
1. Run `gambio_updater` and force a version below the `v4.7.2.0` or install a fresh shop
1. Go to `Admin > Modules > Payment Systems > Miscellanious (tab)`
1. The "Pay with the smartphone -> rsmartsepa (module name)" module should not be displayed
