The stored value/flag value for the gender *Other* type 'other' is now referenced by an `o` (in stored as a 'o' in the database, PHP logic, and REST API endpoints). database. Until now it was referenced by modeled as a `d` (for *Diverse*). 'd' (diverse). This change affects the withdrawals database data and v3 REST API endpoints. api
