Mit dem Versandmodul "gambioultra" werden die Versandkosten nicht korrekt berechnet, wenn das Maximalgewicht überschritten wird.
Bei einer Kostenstaffelung von "10:8.50,20:11.50,31.5:15.50" und einem maximalen Paketgewicht von 31.5kg werden bei einem Bestellgewicht größer als 31.5kg und kleiner als 40kg lediglich 11.50€ berechnet.
Da das Paket das maximale Paketgewicht von 31.5kg überschreitet, wird dieses auf zwei Pakete à 20kg geteilt. Hierbei werden die Versandkosten allerdings lediglich für ein Paket berechnet, somit zahlt der Kunde nicht 2x 11.50€ (20kg) sondern nur 11.50€.

Shipping costs are not correctly calculated using the gambioultra module (Product Rates).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Modules > Shipping Methods and install the method 'Product Rates' (Gambioultra)
2. Edit module and add Tariff for the tested zone like this : "10:8.50,20:11.50,31.5:15.50"
3. Go to Settings > Delivery and set the Maximum Package Weight You Will Ship to 35.1
4. Process an order in the shop with a weight above 31.5 kg and under 40 kg
Expected:
* The order will be separated in two packages and the shipping costs of these packages will be added
Actual:
* The order is separated but the shipping costs of only one package are added to the invoice (in this cas only 11.50€)
