Apparently the shop logs you out before the session timeout limit ( Shop Settings > System > Sessions) has been reached. According to second level support this problem occurs on all backend pages which are using the new admin structure, such as the dashboard or the settings page because the XHR-Request (admin.php?do=SessionTimeoutAjax) isn't used anymore. On other pages such as "Orders" (/admin/admin.php?do=OrdersOverview) it's still working. ------------- The new solution: The old configuration options will be removed and replaced by a on/off switcher for keeping the session alive as long as the admin does not logout manually. Furthermore an open browser window of any shop page instead of a Gambio Admin page should keep the session alive.
