In GX 4.2 it was possible to change the subject for order confirmation mails on the Gambio Admin > Customers > Emails > Email Options page. The option is gone in GX 4.3, because language specific fields cannot be displayed on the new settings page (will come back in GX 4.5). Until then, the configuration should be moved to the Email Templates page.
