Steps to reproduce #1
1. go to the Gambio Admin > Orders > Orders page
2. add the Orders page to the Favs by mousedown on the Orders menu item and dragging it to the right and mouseup on the heart icon
3. go to Gambio Admin > Settings page and try to remove the Favs > Orders menu item by mousedown on the Favs > Orders menu item and dragging it to the right and mouseup on the trash icon
4. Reload the page
Expected result
the Favs > Orders menu item is gone
Actual result
the Favs > Orders menu item still exists
Steps to reproduce #2
