Noch vor Beginn des Bestellprozesses, muss Kund*innen eine Anleitung gegeben werden, wie der Kaufprozess aussieht und ab wann der Kaufvertrag geschlossen wird. Es folgt ein Vorschlag wie dies für Gambio Shops aussehen könnte (Angaben ohne Gewähr (es besteht wohl Abmahngefahr). Dies muss als "Hilfe" oder "So bestellst du" gut erkennbar im Hauptbereich des Bestellvorgangs platziert sein.

"Eine Bestellung in unserem Shop ist ganz einfach:

1. Du legst einen Artikel durch einen Klick auf den Warenkorb-Button unverbindlich in deinen Warenkorb.
2. Alle Produkte, die sich in deinem aktuellen Warenkorb befinden, siehst du durch einen Klick auf den Warenkorb. Dort bietet sich dir auch nochmal die Möglichkeit Produkte zu entfernen oder ihre Anzahl anzupassen.
3. Klickst du im Warenkorb auf "Kasse", leitest du den Bestellvorgang ein.
4. Falls du nicht bereits mit einem Kundenkonto eingeloggt bist, kommt nun der Punkt dies zu nachzuholen (Du kannst natürlich auch ein temporäres Gastkonto erstellen).
5. Im Checkout Prozess wählst du dann deine gewünschte Versand- und Zahlungsweise aus (Hier kannst du auch die Versand und Rechnungsadresse anpassen)
6. Bevor dein Kauf final bindend abgeschlossen wird, bekommst du nochmal eine Übersicht über die Produkte (z.b. Anzahl, Preis, Steuern,...) und die von dir eingegebenen Daten (Adressen, Versandart,...). Sollte dir dabei ein Fehler auffallen, lassen diese sich hier noch korrigieren.
7. Wenn du mit deiner Bestellung zufrieden bist und deine Daten korrekt sind, kannst du die Bestellung mit einem Klick auf "Kostenpflichtig bestellen" abschließen. Damit bietest du uns den Abschluss des Kaufvertrages an.

Even before the order process begins, customers must be given instructions on what the purchase process looks like and when the purchase contract is signed. The following is a suggestion of how this could look for Gambio stores (information without guarantee (there is probably a risk of a legal warning). This must be clearly visible as "Help" or "How to order" in the main area of the order process.

"Placing an order in our store is very simple:

1. you add a product to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on the shopping cart button on the product page.
2. you can see all the products in your current shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart. There you also have the option to remove products or adjust their quantity.
3. click on "Checkout" in the shopping cart to initiate the order process.
4. if you are not already logged in with a customer account, you will now be asked to do so (you can of course also create a temporary guest account).
5. in the checkout process you then select your desired shipping and payment method (here you can also adjust the shipping and billing address)
6. before your purchase is finalized, you will receive an overview of the products (e.g. quantity, price, taxes,...) and the data you have entered (addresses, shipping method,...). If you notice any errors, you can correct them here.
7. if you are satisfied with your order and your data is correct, you can complete the order by clicking on "Order with obligation to pay". By doing so, you offer us the completion of the purchase contract.
