Beschreibung

"Show subcategories of the parent category if the current category is empty" is not considering inactive categories

Preconditions:
Have a 4.4.0.5 shopversion

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Admin > Settings
Search for Show subcategories of the parent category if the current category is empty
activate it
in Admin->Catalog create a categorie with 2 leves of subcategories
in level 2 deactivate the category

Actual:
no categories are shown if the actural category contains only deactivated categories

Expected:
it should display the categroies of the parent category if all subcategories are deactivated
