Kunden beschweren sich, dass in der Besucherstatistik im Shop auch Requests gezählt werden, die nicht von echten Besuchern stammen. In der Cloud sind insbesondere die von uns ausgeführten, stetig wiederkehrenden Requests für das Monitoring von Shops relevant und müssten gefiltert werden. Auch in selfhosted Shops stellt sich grundsätzlich dasselbe Problem, hier muss aber eventuell etwas Flexibilität erlaubt werden.

Die Monitoring Requests in der Cloud werden in Zukunft mit einem HTTP-Header gekennzeichnet, der eine Unterscheidung ermöglicht. Konsens ist "X-Request-by" auf "monitoring" zu setzen. Ein Konfigurationsfeld für Nutzer könnte optional Flexibilität schaffen.

Customers complain that the visitor statistics in the shop also count requests that do not come from real visitors. In the cloud, the constantly recurring requests from our monitoring have to be filtered. The same problem basically arises in self-hosted shops, but some flexibility may have to be allowed here.

In the future, the monitoring requests in the cloud will be marked with an HTTP header that enables a differentiation. The consensus is to set "X-Request-by" to "monitoring". A configuration field for users could optionally create flexibility.
