In order to keep the usability of the Admin more consistent, we need to check before saving if the field value has comma (only for those fields that can be treated as float numbers), and if so we need to replace it with the dot.
So far, the pages that need to be checked/changed are:
- Edit product page (all the tabs)
- Options page
