If no site has menu boxes activated in style edit, it'll show menu boxes in the indented space on the account_history.php.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as admin in backend
2. Content -> Edit Theme -> Activate Expertmode -> Areas -> Menu Boxes -> Activate Menu Boxes On -> Deactivate menu boxes on all sites
3. Save
4. Visit {Shop-URL}/account_history.php

Expected result:
There should be no menu boxes.

Actual result:
The account_history.php is showing menu boxes.
