Before v4.5.1.0 images for product options where loaded from "images/product_images/attribute_images" and images for properties from "images/product_images/property_images".
Starting from v4.5.1.0 both will be loaded from "images/product_images/option_images". The update will merge both directories but the original directories will remain undeleted
