Open new dashboard, edit either release_info.php or gx_configurations gm_configuration/INSTALLED_VERSION value, so they dont match anymore

The functionality the the UpdaterRedirectAdminApplicationTopPrimalExtender must be migrated for the new application core (as middleware).
