On background options, we didn't define the image options values on the theme.json or settings.default.json.
For this reason SE4 background component didn't show the correct selected values on the dropdowns.

Example, before:
Once you click on edit Footer > Body background, enabled the image option, selected the image it was shown in the center and no-repeat. But on the options it was selected left top for the position and no-repeat.

After:
The dropdowns represent the correct info for the images.

PS: If there is a variable that has different default values than what we defined on SE4, we need to add those on the theme.json and settings.default.json too.
