- Centered Top Navigation doesn't work, as there is none in Malibu
- Fixed/Centered Header should be moved to Header-Menu, german expression 'Kopfzeile' should be renamed to header
- centered header doesn't work, centered categories bar doesn't work
- Slider and Footer settings should be moved to their menus
- Logo horizontally aligned doesn't work

There is none in default, but it can be activated

centered header works, i think, and it is also active in default; centered categories should work as well, maybe its visibility depends on other options (i.e. centered header, because it surrounds categories); in general i think the wording could be improved

yes, but that means they move to all of their variants
YES: Logo horizontally aligned doesn't work
I couldn't test easily, but anyway vertical and horizontal alignment should be done with display: flex
