Example:¶

1. open SE4
2. go to areas > general > font

• result: the pre-filled string '$text-color' can't be deleted, i.e. when trying to delete it, it gets set back to the default '$text-color'
• it is still possible to mark the string with ctrl-A, then you can replace it with a color-code, like #fff; a color-picker you won't find in any case
• this is not only the case with color-related fields, also px-value-fields are affected, e.g. Areas > Categories > General >>> height and bottom margin
• it is to be assumed that this is a global problem
