Issue occurs due to empty file field. If the user did not upload a file to the file manager, Count & Expires fields won't be saved even if it included values. Other than that, values are being saved as expected. Referenace screenshot attached.

More into the issue: As discussed with Daniel Wu, this is not very good from the customer's perspective and we should add sort of warning on save to help customers understand why it's not being saved but we might need to postpone that as it's planned to add major changes on the whole form.
